Of course, alongside the ecological and environmental motives, fermentation system operators are also interested in the economical issues. Based on a combined costing calculation, the economic efficiency of the PÖTTINGER fermenter depends on the interaction of the following factors:

  1. Proceeds from the bio-gas production
  2. Proceeds from the sale of the compost
  3. Savings on costs for energy and heat if the bio-gas is utilised in-house

Due to country-specific legislation it is not possible to provide a universal calculation of the proceeds and revenue. The economic efficiency of our system must therefore be individually calculated on a case-by-case basis.
